Seasonal pricing
Set a price per night for any date range: per room type for hotels, adult and child prices for tours, and per room type for Umrah. The right price is charged automatically, night by night, and overlapping seasons are blocked.
Stop sale & Stop bookings
Block dates with a reason (renovation, private event, Hajj), or close a fully booked listing in one click with a message for customers. Works on the website, the app and the vendor portal.
Group tour departures
Set a group size and customers see seats booked and seats left. Sales stop automatically when the quota is full or the booking close date passes, and the trip's days and nights are calculated from its dates.
Flexible-date tours
Private, solo and couple tours let travellers pick their own start date inside the window you set, while group tours keep fixed departures.
Date range calendars
One "Depart – Return" field for round trips and one "Check-in – Check-out" field for hotel stays. Two months on desktop, one on phones, in English, Spanish and Arabic.
Umrah travel dates
Customers choose a travel date and see the live price for that date and room type, including seasonal prices. Stop-sale dates and closed packages can't be booked.
Translation tabs everywhere
Every listing, hotel room type and homepage widget has a tab per language right inside its editor, for admins and vendors alike. No separate translation screens to hunt through.
Verified payments, automatic payouts
Stripe and PayPal payments are confirmed with the gateway (status, amount and booking) before a booking is marked paid. The vendor's wallet is then credited exactly once.
Self-hosted & mobile-polished
Every script, stylesheet and font is served from your own server, with no third-party CDNs, so pages load fast and keep working on restricted networks. The mobile web layout has also been tightened up.
One panel for availability and pricing
Every hotel, tour and Umrah package gets an Availability & Seasonal Prices panel, for admins and for the vendor who owns it. Changes apply straight away to new bookings on the website and in the app.

Server-verified pricing
Stay, tour and Umrah totals are recalculated on the server, including seasons, so a tampered request can't lower the price.
Gateway-confirmed payments
Stripe intents and PayPal orders are checked with the gateway for status, amount and booking before anything is marked paid.
No double credits
Vendor earnings are recorded once per booking, even if a payment is confirmed twice from the web and the app.

Questions buyers ask
Is installation included?
Yes. A free one-time installation on your server is included. We set up the code, database and your first admin account.
Do I need all the supplier APIs?
No. Every supplier is optional and switched on from the admin panel. You can start with your own hotels, tours, visas and Umrah packages and add Duffel, Hotelbeds or others when you have their credentials.
How do vendors get paid?
When a customer's payment is confirmed with the gateway, the vendor's share (after your commission) is credited to their wallet automatically. Vendors then request a payout by PayPal or bank transfer, which you approve.
Can prices change by season?
Yes. Hotels, tours and Umrah packages can have seasonal prices for any date range, per room type where it applies. Customers always see and pay the correct price for their dates.
Is the mobile app included?
No, the Mobile App is sold separately. It runs on this same backend, so bookings, users and payments stay in one system.
What do updates and support cover?
All future updates are free for life. Priority support for 6 months covers installation questions, configuration help and bug fixes.
